  1. Help for ShellDBug

  4. This is a simple desktop debugging tool for use with applications
  5. written using the EvntShell library. All it does is display trace
  6. messages generated by the library code and the user application.
  7.  
  8. How To Use
  9. ------------------------------------------------------------------

  11. To display trace info from the user application use
  12. PROCshell_Tracef0. Debugging can be turned on and off by clicking
  13. ADJUST on the iconbar icon providing the user application has
  14. called PROCshell_TraceInit.
  15.  
  16. Only one application can be debugged at a time, starting a new
  17. application that has debugging enabled (with a call to
  18. PROCshell_TraceInit) will clear the message window and display
  19. messages from the new application.

  21. Conditions of Use

  24. This application is SHAREWARE and is part of the EvntShell library
  25. system. This means that if you make use of EvntShell to write your
  26. own programs you are expected to register your copy which costs
  27. £5.00 or 15Dm.

  29. I do not give any guarantee that it is free of bugs, or supply any
  30. warranty about its suitability for use. However  if there are any
  31. problems with it and you notify me of  them then I will do my best
  32. to rectify them given the time  and the ability.

  34. You may give this application to anyone, via any medium, so long
  35. as it is delivered with ALL the supplied files and unaltered
  36. (except !Run and !Boot).

  38. You have permission to use any part or the whole  application in
  39. any ShareWare/Public Domain project, ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR
  40. COPY, as long as I am fully credited (a sample of the note I would
  41. like included with all applications using EvntShell can be found
  42. in the EvntShell directory called 'HelpText').

  44. If you wish to use these routines in a program that is for sale
  45. (for however much and for whatever reasons) or released as
  46. copyright material then my express permission in writing must be
  47. obtained. I maintain copyright on all the material supplied and
  48. reserve the right to amend these conditions in cases where I deem
  49. misuse.
